According to Forbes Advisor, a personal financial platform based in the United States, Singapore is the safest city in the world for visitors. Tokyo and Toronto, in that order, are the next most dangerous cities.

The survey evaluated sixty-one cities using seven indicators of safety: health, crime, infrastructure, digital, personal, travel, and natural disasters.

As a result of its stringent legislation and relatively low crime rate, it determined that Singapore had the greatest safety rating.

Because of its sheltered location, the island was also least likely to experience natural disasters like typhoons and earthquakes.

Because of its proximity to the equator, tropical storms are quite unlikely to make landfall in Singapore.

Citizens are able to freely use the Internet without fear of privacy violations, identity theft, or online assaults, as shown in the study’s commendation for its high-quality healthcare services and infrastructure and low digital security risk.

The title of “world’s most dangerous city” went to Venezuela’s Caracas.
